Charming guesthouse, cozy room, where I particularly appreciated the spacious kitchen with washing machine and the electric kettle to enjoy hot beverages during my stay.
Completely flawless.

The stay was excellent, especially for our visit to the nearby SSE Arena for the Ice Hockey. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable night, including a cozy bed and plenty of towels. The complimentary kitchen facilities with coffee, tea, and breakfast items were a fantastic touch, allowing us to start our day right.

this place is great if ur just lookin for a spot to crash n clean up. the room was tidy and had all the basics. Clean towels. kitchen was stocked with breakfast stuff, really liked the oat milk for my coffee. location is on point too, really close to bus stop and supermarkets. my stay was super easy and chill, thanks to the helpful host.
only downside was the heating, it didn't work so well but i didn't bother askin for help. also, the bathroom sink didn't drain fast enough, so it might overflow if you're not careful.

Great Stay with Convenient Kitchen Facilities
We had a fantastic stay, enjoying the well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep easy, featuring everything from fresh bread to coffee pods. The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore. Our room was clean and cozy, but the double bed might feel a bit small for larger guests. a great spot for convenience and comfort!

Charming Stay with Comfort and Character!
We enjoyed our stay for four nights, basking in the warm atmosphere after a chilly start. The cozy vibe made us feel at home. Heads-up for tall guests, crouching in the eaves is a must! Don't miss the local eateries nearby for delightful meals.

I had a fab week in Belfast! The place felt super cozy and was perfect after a long day exploring. I loved the kitchen and the spacious living room – it felt just like home. Breakfast was tasty too, although I wish there were more options. My room was neat, and the landlord was really helpful when I had questions.

A clean and tidy space with a comfortable bed ensured a restful stay. The generous selection for breakfast, including delightful homemade pies and jams, was a highlight. The location allows for easy access to the city with a quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. the shared kitchen could be crowded at times, and transportation options to certain attractions were limited.
